Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war insgesamt gut. Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung und boten eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Der Service war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt sicherlich bessere Hotels, aber wir haben uns dennoch wohl gefühlt und konnte uns gut erholen. Würde ich wiederkommen? Ja, das auf jeden Fall!

We stayed last weekend and were very pleased. Although the building is a bit old, it has undergone a very successful renovation process. Both the general areas of the hotel and the rooms were extremely clean, and cleanliness is more important to us anyway. The quality of the food and beverages was high. The meals, appetizers and desserts served were fresh and meticulously prepared; therefore, every meal was enjoyable. The main dishes we chose from the open buffet were meticulously prepared and presented on plates by the kitchen staff, and we felt special as if we were at a la carte. We would also like to thank the pita chef, the pita and pastries were very delicious. We were also amazed by the helpfulness, friendliness and professional skills of the staff. They helped us with any needs or questions we had, and we never encountered any negative responses. The music playing around the pool was very good. We loved the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s rock classics. We are very happy with our time at Xanadu and definitely plan to come again. We recommend it.

The hotel is old, rooms, toilets in the public areas especially. If you come to the pool bar you can wait forever for the service - no one will attend, they will turn around from you while walking past you. I don’t know why is it called “high class all inclusive “… as there were no fresh juice, Red Bull casted 3 eur, they did virgin mojito cocktail with mint leaves already brown color. Animation is average during the day, better in the evening. Not enough Sun beds - you need to hunt for it. Towels close at 6 pm when a lot of kids are still in the pool and need a towel; and no lifeguard. Territory with the swimming pool is beautiful.

Отель очень большой, красивый ландшафтный дизайн. Стиль в виде древних развалин, этому соответствуют даже ступеньки, фонтаны, разные клумбы. Всё продумано. При заселении очень приятные сотрудники, есть также guest relations. Если возникают сложности и вопросы, они помогают. Еда великолепная! Можно обедать и ужинать в главном ресторане, можно на пляже. Выбор блюд широкий, говядина, красная рыба, курица, детский стол. Фрукты, сладости. Персонал такой приветливый и приятно с ними взаимодействовать. Номера чистые, без излишеств. Есть заполненный мини бар в номере.
